Programming on a mission

With the Challenge Mat Mars your classroom becomes a space mission. Evo lands on the red planet and must navigate rocky canyons and volcanic areas, find a safe location for the base camp, and collect fuel canisters and supply crates along the way.

The 15 challenge cards increase in difficulty so students progress from simple tasks to more complex programming problems. Ozobot Evo is not included.

Solving, testing and improving together

The mat is designed for small groups of 1 to 3 students. They plan a route together, test their program and debug when Evo doesn't do what they expect. This practices sequencing, logical thinking and debugging.

With the 17 base cards students have the most important OzoBlockly blocks at hand, even without the manual.

Evo gets a robotic arm

With the three included arms Evo can move objects like fuel canisters and crates. You set up the canyon walls, base camp and landing site on the mat yourself so each challenge becomes a real course.

Everything is sturdy and reusable, so the mat will last for years in the classroom.
