Would you like to exchange the item you ordered or are you not satisfied with the received item? No problem — you may return the item to us.
14 days cooling-off period
Under the distance selling regulations you have 14 days to change your mind after receiving the item. During that period you decide whether to keep or return the order.
Return costs
The costs of returning are your responsibility, unless we shipped the product incorrectly or it was defective. Return shipping is at the sender’s risk.

Fill in the return form and put it in the box. This helps our returns team process your return as quickly as possible.
Refund
We will refund the amount within 14 days after receiving your return, using the same payment method you used.
